I encounter random thieves so often and jailing them, executing them, or throwing them in the mines would be the most perfect thing, but only being able to make them f***ing dance or kill them on the spot is so immersion breaking. Is there any way that I can force an NPC into the proper faction or in some way open that option up on the fly. Instead you have to resort to only having the option to named NPC's that will most likely not have committed a crime or in some way play a role that jailing them might break or cause a hassle. I am having an issue with that fact that random NPC's are not grouped to have the punish and promote options, so jailing someone is literally the most useless thing unless you are breaking immersion, since you cannot jail or execute bandits, robbers, thieves, or any random people.
